IMPSOL ha adjudicat a Archs Constructora la construcció de 39 habitatges de protecció oficial i 32 places d’aparcament al Sector Les Bateries en el Turó del Sastre, Montgat (Barcelona).

In response to the current health crisis, Archs Constructora has exhaustively analysed each work centre, working with the health and safety service and its own customers, and has also taken into account the government guidelines being implemented.

Archs Constructora, following the recommendations of the Technical Director, has increased the number of people working in the company’s technical office, in order to contribute greater added value to the works in progress and to the Sales Department.

Archs Constructora has once again partnered with Urcotex Inmobiliaria and Agefred to build a 96,000 m2 logistics platform with warehouses and offices, on a plot covering 160,000 m2.

Archs Constructora has always been highly committed to the environmental aspects of the works it carries out. The company always ensures that it generates the least amount of waste possible.

Only a short time ago it would have been difficult to imagine talking about building and renovation works at Archs Constructora, since the company was initially only focussed on civil works and just a few years ago it expanded to gain experience in industrial works.

It is hard to talk about Archs Constructora without mentioning the town where it is based: Sant Andreu de la Barca. Since the company was founded in 1962, it has always been closely linked to its place of “birth”.

The Intermodal Logistics Centre (CILSA) has chosen Archs Constructora to carry out the construction of a logistics platform in the Barcelona Zona Franca, as part of a Joint Venture with Urcotex Inmobiliaria and the company Agefred.

Archs Constructora has for the last few months been focussing on new build and renovation works. As a result of this effort, we have won the contract for the renovation of the residential building located on Calle Sant Eusebi in Barcelona.
